I hope everyone had a great Holiday season and a great start to 2018! I admit mine was not the best. I have been sick, had a bad time with the change to the new year, and lost a close cousin on New Year’s Eve, I found out that I had cataracts in both eyes ( which explains some of writing mistakes! LOL
I began my cataract surgeries yesterday. The right eye was the worst so we started with it. It will be February by the time I get both eyes finished. So, for the readers, I will probably be doing shorter, but more blogs! As for my cousin dying, I am both glad and sad! She had a long bout with cancer, her hurting but not complaining. She was my medical supporter and I was hers. For the last few years we kept each other uplifted and assured someone was praying for each of us.
Her memorial was this past Saturday, and I was asked to lead the music and , also, sing a solo. It was quite an honor and I luckily knew the songs. (Since I could not see the words!) I felt good and I feel I did the song justice, even though it was acapella! At least people were saying I stayed in key. The song was “You Raise Me Up” including the second verse. I will miss you greatly, cuz, and thank you for your comfort.

God bless you Millard. Love you buddy
Thanks, Debbie. I have been so consumed with my past, I forgot life is still going on. I owe you a HUGE apology. Without realizing it, (and not giving away my promise of confidentiality to you.), It must have been extremely hard for you when me, or others, made comments said through the years about the situation, thinking you were being complimented.I realized there was only one outcome from what you said to me. Please accept my apology, know I love and care for you and your family and had I known otherwise, it would had been different. sincerely, Millard
